1. By 1 January 2029, Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure the separate collection of at least 90 % per year by weight of the following packaging formats made available on the market for the first time in that Member State in a given calendar year: (a) single-use plastic beverage bottles with a capacity of up to three litres; and (b) single-use metal beverage containers with a capacity of up to three litres. 2. In order to achieve the targets set out in paragraph 1, Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure that deposit and return systems are set up for the relevant packaging formats referred to in paragraph 1 and that a deposit is charged at the point of sale.
自 2029 年 1 月 1 日起，成员国须采取必要措施，确保对当年首次在该国市场投放的下列包装型式，按重量实现年分开收集率至少 90%：(a) 容量不超过 3 升的一次性塑料饮料瓶；(b) 容量不超过 3 升的一次性金属饮料容器。为实现第 1 款目标，成员国须采取必要措施，为上述包装型式建立押金退还系统，并在销售点收取押金。
