碳 Article 1 — Social Climate Fund (2026–2032)

This Regulation establishes the Social Climate Fund (the 'Fund') for the period from 2026 to 2032. 碳 Article 4(1) — Social Climate Plans

Each Member State shall submit to the Commission its Plan. The Plan shall contain a coherent set of existing or new national measures and investments to address the impact of carbon pricing on vulnerable households, vulnerable micro-enterprises and vulnerable transport users in order to ensure affordable heating, cooling and mobility, while accompanying and accelerating necessary measures to meet the climate targets of the Union.

各成员国应向委员会提交其计划。计划应包含一套协调一致的现行或新的国家措施与投资，以应对碳定价对脆弱家庭、脆弱微型企业和脆弱交通使用者的影响，确保可负担的采暖、制冷和出行，同时配合并加快实现欧盟气候目标的必要措施。
