ETS 配额拍卖条例

碳 Article 1 — subject matter

This Regulation provides for rules on the timing, administration and other aspects of the auctioning of allowances under Directive 2003/87/EC.

本条例就 2003/87/EC 号指令项下配额拍卖的时机、管理及其他事项制定规则。

碳 Article 3(1) — two-day spot contracts

‘two-day spot contracts’ means contracts by which allowances are auctioned for delivery at an agreed date no later than the second trading day following the day of the auction;

“两日现货合约”指所拍卖配额的交割日不晚于拍卖日后第二个交易日的合约。
