ISS ESG 评级机制

评级范围涵盖大约10,000家发行方，其中包括：

• 发达和新兴市场的主要股票指数；

ESG企业评级主要分为以下几个步骤：

1. 指标评分

ISS从兼顾完整性及重大性指标池中的800多个指标中，从环境、社会及管治每部分选取100个ESG指标，对8,000多家企业进行评分。所有指标均根据明确定义的绩效期望进行独立评估。

2. 分析师评价

分析师评价是对每个ESG企业评级的补充，从可持续发展机会、可持续发展风险和企业治理三个方面的对评分进行总结和分析。

3. 行业风险矩阵

行业在环境、社会和管治方面的风险和影响有所不同，其特定行业的重要性决定了行业在行业分类矩阵中的位置。行业的环境、社会和管治风险及影响程度决定了各行业的绩效要求以及行业在评级主题之间的权重分布。例如，石油和天然气等高风险和影响领域的公司必须提供比房地产等低风险领域的公司更好的表现证明，才能获得ISS ESG的优秀表现认证。

4. 权重与评分

ISS对议题的重要性进行分析，得出其评分权重，与指标评分汇总再形成环境、社会及管治三个主题的评分以及整体评分。每个行业有四到五个关键议题，这些议题的权重至少占总体评分的50％。ESG企业评级采用从A+/4.00（卓越绩效）到D-/1.00（不良绩效）的十二点评分系统。

5.行业评级表现

6.绩效表现
